HOW LONG DOES APPROVAL TAKE?

Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved, along with details for booking rentals under your trade membership.

WHO CAN APPLY?

The Trade Program is open to professionals working in design, production, and creative direction — including interior designers, stylists, set decorators, art directors, and photographers. Applicants must provide verifiable documentation of professional work.

CAN MY ASSISTANTS OR COORDINATORS BOOK UNDER MY ACCOUNT?

Yes. As long as they are listed as authorized users on your trade account. You’ll have the option to add team members once your membership is approved.

DO I NEED A BUSINESS LICENSE OR RESALE CERTIFICATE?

A valid business license or resale certificate is preferred for interior designers, studios, and resellers. For production and styling professionals, a portfolio, client credits, or industry listing can serve as verification.

CAN I USE MY TRADE ACCOUNT FOR PERSONAL PROJECTS?

Trade accounts are intended for professional use only, linked to your verified business or creative practice. Personal rentals may still be available separately at standard rates.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

No — there is no fee to join the Set + Structure Trade Program. Approval is based on professional eligibility and documentation.
